Tout le monde peut venir ce samedi matin, et exercer (m\u00eame pour la premi\u00e8re fois) cette discipline. Le Qi-Gong <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(prononcer tchi kong) est l\u2019un des cinq piliers de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Qi, signifie \u00e9nergie et Gong, travail.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Il<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: large;\">se distingue par des postures, des gestes, sans efforts physiques intenses. Tout est bas\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9gulation de la respiration pour d\u00e9tendre le corps, l\u2019esprit, et favoriser la circulation de l\u00a0\u2018\u00e9nergie vitale. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Les enseignants revendiquent des effets positifs dans de nombreux domaines\u00a0: l\u2019assouplissement des muscles et le renfort des tendons, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">l\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">am\u00e9lior<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">ation<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> des fonctions cardio-pulmonaires et vasculaires. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Il<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: large;\">fortifie les organes internes et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du syst\u00e8me nerveux, pr\u00e9vient les blessures des articulations des ligaments et des os, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le r\u00e9tablissement apr\u00e8s des op\u00e9rations, stimule le syst\u00e8me lymphatique et immunitaire.
