Tout le monde peut venir ce dimanche matin, et exercer (m\u00eame pour la premi\u00e8re fois) cette discipline. Le Qi Gong <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(prononcer tchi kong) est l\u2019un des cinq piliers de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Qi, signifie \u00e9nergie et Gong, travail.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Il<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: large;\">se distingue par des postures, des gestes, sans efforts physiques intenses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Tout est bas\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9gulation de la respiration pour d\u00e9tendre le corps, l\u2019esprit, et favoriser la circulation de l\u00a0\u2018\u00e9nergie vitale. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Les enseignants revendiquent des effets positifs dans de nombreux domaines\u00a0: l\u2019assouplissement des muscles et le renfort des tendons, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">l\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">am\u00e9lior<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">ation<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> des fonctions cardio-pulmonaires et vasculaires. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Il<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: large;\">fortifie les organes internes et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du syst\u00e8me nerveux, pr\u00e9vient les blessures des articulations des ligaments et des os, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le r\u00e9tablissement apr\u00e8s des op\u00e9rations, stimule le syst\u00e8me lymphatique et immunitaire. Beaucoup d\u2019effets positifs, qui d\u00e9pendent bien entendu de la fr\u00e9quence et de la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance des s\u00e9ances. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mais la participation \u00e0 des cours de Qi-Gong offre tr\u00e8s rapidement des bienfaits. De fil en aiguille, elle perfectionne ses connaissances, d\u2019abord sur son temps libre, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">puis se professionnalise. Elle suit une formation au centre Tao \u00e0 Jou\u00e9-l\u00e8s-Tours puis aupr\u00e8s de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Arts \u00c9nerg\u00e9tiques et Martiaux Chinois \u00e0 Paris et Poitiers. Elle est aujourd\u2019hui salari\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019association Souffles de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">S<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">oie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Une centaine d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves suivent s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">es cours dans plusieurs communes de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Lundi \u00e0 18h, salle des f\u00eates <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Saint-Cyran-du-Jambot<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mardi \u00e0 18h30, \u00e0 18h30 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">alle Pierre Labrosse \u00e0 Ch\u00e2tillon-sur-Indre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mercredi \u00e0 10h, salle des f\u00eates de Saint-Michel-en-Brenne &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mercredi \u00e0 18h salle des f\u00eates de Clion &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Jeudi \u00e0 18h, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">salle des f\u00eates de Perrusson &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Vendredi \u00e0 18h30, gymnase d\u2019\u00c9cueill\u00e9 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La balade du 22 mai est organis\u00e9e de 9h \u00e0 12h. Accueil avec caf\u00e9 ou th\u00e9. Pour celles et ceux qui le souhaitent, un repas partag\u00e9 est organis\u00e9. En cas de mauvais temps, un repli vers la salle des f\u00eates de Saulnay est pr\u00e9vu.
